Photo Hunt: Wrong
Something's "wrong" with the following pictures? Can you tell what it is?
Did you guess correctly? What's "wrong" with these pictures is that there is no kitty in them. Do you think Truffle will enjoy her furniture? What's right is that Truffle will be here tomorrow (Sunday)!
Many of you are wondering why I'm not getting Truffle until Sunday afternoon (I could have gotten her as early as Thursday). I had two major meetings at the office on Thursday and I'm in Charlotte today for the first South Carolina Gamecock football game at 7:00 pm EST and will stay overnight. I must play the piano at church Sunday morning, so I won't be home until around 1:00 pm. Mom Terri is coming to visit her daughter at USC (she's a freshman) while she is here, so to make a long story short, I didn't want to bring Truffle home just to leave her. Since Mom Terri is coming to visit her daughter, she said she'd just bring Truffle to me!!! Can't wait!

OMC! Can you even STAND the excitement?!?!
ReplyDeleteGee, I dunno. Do you think she'll have enough stuff to play on? Maybe you should go shopping....
MOL!
I got the quiz right.
ReplyDeleteI think she might be doing a lot of her playing and climbing on Mom Paula...
I was right!!!! It was that there was no cat! And we are so excited for you!!!!
ReplyDeleteWe guessed it! No, not what was wrong about these pics! That you didn't want to bring Truffle home only to haf to run off and leave her. That's one of the things that makes you a great mommy! Yay fur Sunday!!! xoxo
ReplyDeleteI totally guessed! But it won't be wrong for long - I bet you are counting the minutes!
ReplyDeleteThink of all the photos you will be getting with Trufffle on her climbers and hammicks etc!
ReplyDeleteOh gosh, tomorrow is the big day! This is so exciting!
ReplyDeleteI guessed the "no kitty in photos", too. But you'll be taking care of that in short order.
ReplyDeleteLove that last picture of Truffle practicing her floofy tummy move!
Bet it will be hard to sleep tonight!
I was right - all kitty furniture and toys but no mistress! Won't be long now before the cute diva will arrive to take possession. Can't wait!
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited for you !

We guess right too. No Truffles. We are so excited for you and Truffles. You two are going to have so much fun together. We can't wait for pictures. Take care and have a great time at the game. Hope the Gamecocks win.
ReplyDeleteWe got it right right off the bat! What a cat tree! Truffle will have so much fun on it! Maybe we can teleport over one day and play on it with her.
ReplyDeleteMom Paula, we are so excited we just can't stand it! We wish you had a webcam set up in your house to watch Truffle's homecoming!
I guessed it too..no kitty. Can't wait for Truffle and you're right..no use getting her just to leave her.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know the GC were playing in Charlotte. One of mom's sons lives there in Charlotte..teaches there. We however are the Vol Nation. :-)))Trying to make a comeback and rebuilding a decimated team. :-)))
We guessed that there wasn't a furry baby in the pictures, too! We cannot wait until she is home with you!
ReplyDeleteWe guessed right too. We are so looking forward to seeing Truffle playing with her new toys and snuggling with her mom. How nice that Terri is bringing Truffle over to you.
ReplyDeleteWe hope you can sleep tonight!
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx

ReplyDeleteI guessed right too! But Truffle will be there tomorrow, how exciting!
ReplyDeleteThat's wonderful she will be home Sunday evening and we thinks she will love her new furniture and toys.
ReplyDeleteOh boy!! We declare Sunday, September 4th, official Truffle Day!! How wonderful for you! xoxo
ReplyDeleteWe guessed right! We're so excited for you!!! We think you were very smart to bring her home when you could spend all of your time together!

We can't wait to see Truffle in her very own furrever home. Mum made sure she was home with us too for a few days when we were first gotted.
ReplyDeleteYeah! Hope Truffle likes her bandanna. A MUST photo op.
ReplyDeleteMombean say she has delivered kittens to new owners. If she is going to be in an area, might as well bring the kitten along and deliver to the new owner. That is great that Mom Paula is taking time off from work to be with Truffle. If you need info, just send a message.
That's a pretty new header that you have. Sweet Praline and Beignet watching over Truffle is very kind.
ReplyDeleteLuf, Us
OMC you has pawsome stuff! Truffle is going to have so much fun! PURRS!
ReplyDeleteWe hear Truffle is home and you're already posting pix on FB. We can tell Truffle is going to be one spoiled little kitty. :)
ReplyDeleteIt's not surprising that she might tuck herself in a safe spot. Calla did something similar even though she was a big adult lady, and Julius did the same behind some books as I just wrote about, and he's temprementally bold as brass.
ReplyDeleteI don't know if you need any advice but lying down and reading or even watching TV in the area but not too close might encourage her to come out and meet you earlier.
