Mom Paula just won't give up with the holiday collars. She tried switching the green/red collar with bells on it from Brulee to me. I refuse to look into the flashy box with this ridiculous thing on my neck!
Brulee isn't much happier with the snowflake collar. Mom Paula tried telling her that Sweet Praline wore this last year with dignity! Brulee didn't care. In fact, she started ripping off the snowflakes. Mom Paula quickly got the collar off of her after this photo. Just look at the "not amused" face Brulee is giving Mom Paula.
Round two goes to Truffle and Brulee! Give it up, Mom Paula!

Uh-oh, their score is slowly pullin out ahead! We think this has all the makings of a land-slide finish!
ReplyDeleteYep--you gotta train them early. If she gets away with it this year, you never know what she'll find to put on you for next year--and umm... Halloween is the worst.
ReplyDeleteInteresting the way they refuse to look at the camera. Good for making your disdain known, kitties.
ReplyDeleteOMC, your human is as persistent as mine is! You girls should do what I did and run to the litter box as soon as she puts those collars on you! Wait a minute... that trick wound up on a Christmas card. Never mind.
ReplyDeleteWay to go you two! Mom Peggy is LOL'ing because she knows the frustration Mom Paula is going through.
ReplyDeleteWe don't think it is funny, but mom now has the giggles.....
ReplyDeleteGo back and review the adoption contract my furriends...I am sure there was nothing in there about you having to wear holiday collars for the amusement of humans....
ReplyDeleteIsn't your beautiful fur enough? Humans are silly....
We hope you didn't sign up for the embarassing photos show girls.
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Awww you might wants to gives your mommy a picshur or two. She really deserve to has a happy.
ReplyDeleteIt only humiliates fur a few minutes. What do you say girls?
You are always beautiful, and some silly collar not take from that.
Uncle TK
Oh, my Bast! You poor poor sweeties! Ask for lots and lots of treats for this silliness!
ReplyDeleteTis the season girls, so maybe you had better get used to it!
ReplyDeleteThe humans are so hard to train!
ReplyDeleteHi kittens, me is back again, we was going through our purrs list and sees that we was purring fur two little black kittens in your outside. How is they doing?
ReplyDeleteLove, TK

ReplyDeleteMes would run under the bed and SHRED them with the claws of doom!
ReplyDeleteKisses
Nellie
But you two look so cute and festive. Hugs and nose kisses
ReplyDeleteMOL. You two sure showed Mom Paula! (But you DO look cute in those collars.) :)
ReplyDeleteJust remember, ladies, that if you don't at least try to work with Mom Paula on the Christmas collars, she may have to resort to those stupid antler things...Not a good thing either.
ReplyDeleteBest of luck,
Taz, Runt, and Charles in IL
We think you both have very good 'not amused' looks!
ReplyDeleteMaybe Mom Paula should wait until you two desert kitties are a little bit older to wear necklaces. Their expressions are priceless. You two do look very festive. Brulee, you are hysterical.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely not the same league as Sweet Praline! They are NOT fashionistas! xxoo Patty & Bhu
ReplyDeleteYep Round 2 goes to Brulee and Truffle!
