Today is the memorial service for Mom Jan. There is a memorial page for Mom Jan on the CB where you can post comments. It's always hard to lose our furry furriends from the CB, but we weren't prepared for the friendships that would develop with the people behind the cats and the pain we'd feel in losing them. We hope Jan is pain-free and at peace now.

ReplyDeleteMay the kitties comfort Jan's husband during this time of such grief...it will be hard to find the strength to go on, but as I did when my husband died, it's one paw in front of the other, until it gets easier...Sending our sympathies their way...
