It's been a rough week. We lost two special people from the CB (Judi-Bug and Jan Struckhoff - Mom to Rocky Mountain Meezers) and there was another "cat fight". We think we're going to keep our eyes tightly shut today and maybe we won't see any more bad news.

Brulee
It's raining here...and we are sad so I think you have a good idea. We will curl up in balls, close our eyes and hopefully we'll fell a little less sad.
ReplyDeleteWe hear you, friends. We're going to curl up in some sunpuddles here, and hope for better days, too. HUGS.
ReplyDeleteI think you are very smart. Does your Mama know how much we appreciate her and how much joy she brings to us?
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good idea to us, too! Happy Sunday. xoxo
ReplyDeleteSome days it is just better to stay in bed. Luckily, that is very easy for us kitties!
ReplyDeleteI never knew Judi but I *thought* I knew Jan pretty well. I still can't believe it.
ReplyDeleteWe just read the news about Jan, and though we didn't "know" her, are in complete shock. We followed her blog, though noted she hadn't posted since July.
ReplyDeleteWhat a miserable week.
And yes, we sure read the "cat fight," at least we read the comments on the CB yesterday. Yes, better to keep our eyes shut and just not go there!
We read the sad news, but not about the cat fight. We had better check...
ReplyDeleteWe believe in snuggling as the solutions to mist ills.
Purrs,
The Chans
Holding you close during this sad time Paula....we all need to hold each other closer on the CB as a tribute in this dark time...
ReplyDeleteLove the cozy cottage
Peace be with us all.
ReplyDeleteYes, last week, especially yesterday, was quite exhausting with the sudden loss of Jan (who we did not know) and the infamous "cat fight" on FB and the CB. We can't get the CB to load, so hopefully Mog hasn't shut it down. We love you guys!!!
ReplyDeleteWe agree with you girls...too much sadness this week. A group hug would help too! (((HUGS)))
ReplyDeleteHave a good snuggle together girls and surely that will make you feel a lot better.
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
We're with you. It was an awful week for the CB but the love that we all have for each other will get us through. We're really sad about Judi-Bug, shocked and saddened about Jan and very unhappy about the "cat fight"
ReplyDelete(((Hugs)))
The Florida Furkids and Mom Sharon

The Boys have been sacked out already today for a couple of hours with their eyes closed tight, too
ReplyDeleteWe're sorry to learn about Jan.
Girls, love you bunches..you should know. xoxo
ReplyDeleteThe sun shines here in Dallas--we're going to think everybody feels better at their Rainbow Bridge, eventho everybody left behind feels sad. The tears are only temporary. I promise.

PS.....and I think I like Brulee..... :)
Such a sad week, we think we will join you.
ReplyDeleteHarley and I will join you, too. It has been a very sad time.
ReplyDeleteWe have had a lovely record temperature day here but are sad after hearing about Jan. We're not sure about the cat fight. I guess we missed something.
ReplyDelete{{hugs}}...and we hope it works!
ReplyDeleteExcellent plan.
ReplyDeleteAwful, isn't it? We're purring for those left behind.
ReplyDeletesounds like a plan to me
ReplyDeleteYes it has been very sad. We were totally shocked to hear about Jan. We pray she has found her peace.
ReplyDeleteGood idea, it was a bummer weekend.
ReplyDeleteI hope you don't see or hear any more bad news. It's time for good things now. Purrs to you.
ReplyDeleteWe don't blame you one bit. *sad face*
ReplyDeleteYou two Ladycats are so sweet. It is good you just take a break from the sadness and do some resting. Purrs to Mom Paula for the recovery of her knee and for her to continue to feel better and better.
