Friday at the Movies: Remembering Beignet

Two years ago today, we lost our little brother, Beignet to a VAS (Vaccine Associated Sarcoma) at 11
weeks of age.  Beignet was Truffle's only littermate and both were scheduled to come live with Mom Paula the following week.  He is Brulee's half brother (they have the same daddycat).  Beignet was such a handsome little mancat, but God wanted him at the bridge and we're sure he's keeping Sweet Praline entertained and sleeping on her head (as Chey and Ichiro said two years ago - that's what mancats do!)

The video below was on Mom Paula's second visit to see them.  Truffle is on the left being calm and Beignet is on the right playing with Mom Paula's fingers and giving her hand the bunny kick.

This is one of the first set glamour shots Mom Terri sent Mom Paula of Truffle and Beignet together. It's one of our favorites because of the way Beignet had his little head underneath Truffle's chin as if to say, "I love you big sister!"  RIP little brother.
