Friday at the Movies - Truffle and the Nip Nanner

Mom Paula woke up yesterday morning and Truffle had brought her nip nanner to bed during the night.  You can see how "floppy" her nanner has become because Truffle loves it so much.

Notice how Brulee photo bombs Truffle at the end of the video.  We hope you've enjoyed our week with the nip nanner.

An update on Mom Paula's shoulder - the pain isn't as bad as it was too weeks ago.  The cortisone shot really helped with the inflammation.  Mom Paula needs to take her anti-inflammatory meds more often, but she said they bother her stomach.  She's going to PT twice a week.  She was scheduled to see the surgeon next Tuesday, but the physical therapist convinced her to give him an additional two weeks to work with the shoulder before deciding on surgery.  There is still a chance surgery is in her future.

  5. Paula we hope your shoulder will get less and less painful as time passes by and with the PT hope you won't need to have surgery too soon.

  6. Little sisters can ruin all your fun, can't they? Keeping our paws and fingers crossed Mom Paula won't need surgery.

  7. Purrrrs for Mom Paula.
    Lovely video!
    Have a nice weekend!

  8. Note from the Mommy: Scott's rotator cuff injury has taken almost six months to heal enough for the pain to be minimal...he went with the PT option, no surgery. Do you have a TENS unit? It helps block the pain signals to the brain. Scott uses it daily and I wore it on my knee after I fractured my patella. It's amazing.

  9. Truffle is a champion bunnykicker. And it appears as if she has that nanner just the way she wants it, even though it is floppy. Have a great weekend, ladies. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

  10. MOL! We think Mom Paula wanted to play with the nip nanner too!

  11. What a fabby video of the nip nanner and the ladies! Hoping all goes well with the physio to help the shoulder.

Healing purrs to Mom Paula and her shoulder.

  13. So cute!! It's hard to think about surgery, but for the people I know who have done it, it worked! Either way, we hope mom Paula's pain eases. xxoo Uncle Bhu
