Truffle was very impatient while Mom Paula was working on the computer. Usually Truffle can sit in front of the computer, but Mom Paula needed all the space for the paperwork. Poor Truffle. Mom Paula grabbed her and held her close for a long time after she finished the work last night.
Truffle laying on top of all the paperwork as Mom Paula tries to compare two years of taxes.
Something grabs Truffle's attention!
Ummmmm Mom, I don't think you can claim going to Carolina football games.
We think she should be able to claim those games, too!
ReplyDeleteTax time is a very, well, taxing time at our house, too!
Happy Monday, girls.
XOXO
We hope she gets to go to BlogPaws. The Woman was just talking about that and said she would look forward to your Mum being there if she went!
ReplyDeleteThose taxes are no fun at all!
ReplyDeleteYou girls SHOULD be deductions!
ReplyDeleteCan your human download the form with the mortgage interest from online? My human's bank (NOT Wells Fargo) puts the interest and mortgage paperwork online, usually by about now.
JJ does that too Truffle and Mom is always moving him, heehee
ReplyDeleteWe are glad she got a big hug though :)

We don't like tax time around here either. It's a good thing that Mom Paula is getting such attentive help from you, Truffle!
ReplyDeleteI like to help with paperwork too. It is important to sit on them so they don't blow away and get mixed up.
ReplyDeleteOur peeps don't like taxes much either. The mom wishes she could claim us. :)
ReplyDeleteSure hope she can get some money back so she can go to Blog paws. That would be great fun for her. Have a super day.
ReplyDeleteIt's a good thing you are there to keep Mom Paula on the up and up, Truffle!
ReplyDeleteYeah, don't think so, either. I'm not happy I can't claim Jenna as a deduction...
ReplyDeleteI agree pretty girls, that stuff is not fun at all.
ReplyDeleteI agree too!
ReplyDeleteMum wish your mom that she won't have to pay something after all that work (so she can enjoy BlogPaws !!). That's no fun : you're not allowed to play with the papers or to chew it... Purrs
ReplyDeletewe're keeping our paws crossed that you will be at BlogPaws!!
ReplyDeletexoxo
We can tell you are trying to help her relax.
ReplyDeleteThey don't always realize it, though.
*sigh*

Wish we just had a flat tax and that was that. WE hate taxes too.
ReplyDeleteTBT doesnt even THINK of doing our taxes until March because he says there are always late documents or corrections to previous documents. But he uses some tax computer software so it only takes him about an hour.
ReplyDeleteMai mom is very, very, very tired of taxes.
ReplyDeleteHello beautiful girls! We gave you an award!!! You can pick it up at our blog!!!
ReplyDeleteHaving a cat supervise the tax preparation process is very important. Many important papers might get lost if the supervising cat does not sit on them to hold them still. Those little devils run away! I certainly hope that you guys get some green papers back.
ReplyDeleteDon’t even remind TW about taxes. She doesn’t think she got any of her forms from Chase. Ack! Once she puts everything together, Uncle Kevin does the forms for her.
ReplyDeleteBwaaaaa-ha-haaa - oh wait, that sounds legit to US. Why can't she claim it?
ReplyDeleteHope those green papers materialize so Mom Paula can go to Blog Paws and our mom can meet her. Hope there's also enough left over for some treats. Purrs and paw-pats, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
