Static Electricity

All of this cold weather outside and heat inside is playing havoc with my floof.  The static electricity is making my floof stand out more than usual.

      You should see my tail when I'm standing up. It's sticking straight out. Mom Paula also keeps "shocking" us every time she touches us.

    Brulee, I can totally relate! My human and my breeder have to use extra product on my fur when I'm at cat shows (like this weekend) to keep out the static when it gets dry!

    I had to laugh at this picture. My medium long haired cat looks just as bad when I've been petting her. We haven't been shocked yet, though :-)

    We know what you mean Brulee!
    We do not like the spark part either.
    If it is dark in the room when Mom touches us
    you can even see the blue spark! Ouch.

    You do look very floofy with all that static Brulee. My mum knows how you feel because she generates lots of static too and is always making the horses crackle when she takes their night rugs off.

    Mom has actually felt as if the static was less tho year than previously. Before she couldn't pick me up and set me down without a whole lot of shocks.

    we are getting shocks around here too! My nose has gotten shocked when I try to kiss mommy and my furs are sticking out some, but Brûlée you absolutely have me beat!
