Truffle thinking this doesn't smell like a treat
We received an Evercare Pet Giant Lint Roller to review from the company. Since Mom Paula uses these all the time (we have several in our house, the car, and at her office), she decided to show you an example of how well the roller works on our floof. Mom Paula recently had surgery and didn't have the energy to put up some of her clean clothes. Everyone knows how much Brulee likes Mom Paula's clothes, so it didn't take long for Brulee to snuggle into one of Mom Paula's favorite black Gamecock shirts. As you can imagine, there is silver and white fur all over the shirt. You'll see in the collage below the before, during, and after photos of using the Evercare roller on the shirt.
Cleaning up the shirt with the Evercare roller
Special Note: This is the same shirt; just different lighting as the sun was going down.
Special Note: This is the same shirt; just different lighting as the sun was going down.
As you can see in the photo below, we use the Evercare Pet Lint Rollers all the time and have to replace them frequently because we're so floofy. Notice the giant roll will cover a lot more area with each swipe!
New, gently use, and finished pet rollers in our house
Did you know that you can also use the Evercare line of pet lint rollers to reduce fleas and ticks? We live in the deep South and fleas and ticks are a major problem for us. We stay inside, but those pesky critters can hitch a ride on clothes and come indoors. We do get a flea treatment once a month, but the Evercare roller can help prevent the fleas from getting on us by Mom Paula rolling it over her clothes when she comes in the door. Luckily for us, she hasn't found any fleas or ticks yet, but you can see an example of how someone "rolled off" fleas and ticks here. You can also gently roll the lint rollers over your fur children's legs and belly to check for fleas and ticks they may have missed when doing a search for these critters after they've been outside.
a Rafflecopter giveaway
Evercare will be releasing a new line of pet rollers this fall and we're excited to try them once they are available.
Disclosure: We received a free EverCare® Pet Roller in exchange for our fair and honest review. All opinions are our own.
We have read that wide paper tape works well too. Not that TBT bothers (he has surrendered to the fur)...
ReplyDeleteThose look like great rollers - the giant size being the best feature! Floof on dark clothes is a real problem around here.
ReplyDeleteThis is pawsome giveaway! The roller did an amazing job on those chickhen shirts.
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday!
XOXO
I treat my cats for fleas :) Thanks for the giveaway
ReplyDeleteMy human says she could use a whole CARTON of these!
ReplyDeleteNeat rollers!
ReplyDeleteWe also leave lots of furs around :)

Those rollers look great - mum uses masking tape to get Hannah's floof off her jeans when she's rubbed round Mum's legs but the rollers look better so we'll have to see if she can find one on the internet.
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
We go through lots of lint-removal for clothes, but it's never enough. These are great!
ReplyDeleteThe mom uses this kind of roller all the time. We have a couple of them around the house to help control the floof.
ReplyDeleteWe also have those great rollers and believe us, they get a lot of use!
ReplyDeleteWe are shorthair cats, but we still get plenty of fur on the Mom's clothes, MOL! The Mom would love to win a couple of these rollers.
ReplyDeletewe also have several of those but could always use another one
ReplyDeleteMommy thinks these would be fantastic. I shed more than any other cat she was guardian of ever. Well, maybe less than her first one.... dear Nicky, she says.
ReplyDeleteMom has to use them... between us & the doggies we have dark & light colored fur so we have any color she wears covered in fur :)
ReplyDeleteMost of the time we just put up with the fur around here. Cinco and Manna shed a lot, but they have shorter fur, so it isn't as bulky. I would love to give these lint rollers a try!

Were not sure why someone would want to remove purrfectly placed furs but it looks like it works nicely!
ReplyDeleteWith all the fur around here those would be very useful.
ReplyDeleteMum uses a roller for fur, but we didn't think of fleas and ticks on clothing : great tip ! Purrs
ReplyDeleteThat did an incredible job of cleaning Mom Paula's shirt. Mom would really like to try one out. Please join us tomorrow for our 3rd blogoversary. We are giving away lots of prizes. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
ReplyDeleteThe roller did a great job on the shirt.
ReplyDeleteCan't have enough of these. At the holidays, I give out the mini 3m ones as party favors because no matter how much I clean, with 15 cats fur happens :)
ReplyDeleteWe've never seen that brand of roller before but our daddy complains about floofy white fur all over his work clothes so we will certainly be entering the giveaway! We don't have many fleas and ticks in our neck of the woods but we still need to be cautious.
ReplyDeleteHave never used this brand, but will be looking for it now. We get floofy tuxie furs and orange creme furs all over everything. This will do wonders to keep chairs and clothes clear of the furs.
ReplyDeleteMum says she buys still that my floof will blend into. She wears lots of khaki pants!
ReplyDeleteMy shorthair cat hairs are almost worse than the long hairs. I will be interested in trying these to see if they work well. Thanks for reviewing these!
ReplyDeleteI've treaded my cats before with flea baths!
ReplyDeleteLots of baths and brushing to control the fleas and hair.
ReplyDeleteWe have three cats so we go through a lot of sticky rollers
