Blogging Bad for Health?

Looks like Mom Paula has been blogging and on social media too much.  She got a steroid injection in the base of her left thumb Wednesday and came home with this new fangled brace last night. Doctor said she may have carpel tunnel and will have a nerve test in a couple of weeks.  She's in some pain, but she can at least move her fingers in this brace to help us blog.  The calendar is almost complete and we hope it can be published in about two more weeks.

Remembering 9/11

On a more serious note, we pause to remember those who lost their lives on 9/11/01.  Even though it happened over a decade ago, the memories and pain are still fresh.

  9. Sending purrs for Mom Paula. 25+ years ago my mum had CTS and had a cast put on her arm so she couldn't move her wrist. Luckily she didn't have to have surgery on it.

  10. Sending gentle headbutts and purrs to Mom Paula. Our Mom said she wished she had a brace like Mom Paula's when she had carpel tunnel. she had surgery and was in 3 different casts for 12 weeks. She had it bad and thinks she has again, but in the other wrist. Make sure you give Mom Paula lots of love she's going to need it.
