If we haven't said it enough, we LOVE treats.  Mom Paula knows she needs to be careful with the type of treats we eat to help us maintain our svelte feline figures.  She also tries to find treats without a lot of additives in order to keep us healthy.  We received a bag of the Cat-Man-Doo™ Life Essentials freeze-dried chicken treats from Chewy.com as part of the Chewy Influencer program this month.

The Cat-Man-Doo Life Essentials treats are human-grade, USDA approved white chicken breast meat that is carefully sliced into strips and then freeze-dried without the use of chemicals, additives, or preservatives.  Each average size piece has fewer than 10 calories.  The treats are made with one single ingredient (chicken) and are grain-free.  These high-protein treats are delicious and can be fed to both cats and dogs.  Everyone knows how finicky Brulee is, but she will "fight" Truffle to get a piece of these tasty treats.

The treats can be fed whole, broken into small pieces, or crumbled over food as an appetite enhancer. Mom Paula has used the crumbs in the bag to sprinkle over wet food to entice Brulee to eat the food because she's so finicky.  You can also rehydrate the treats with water for a soft and delicious snack. Some of the pieces are a little larger than others, but Mom Paula tends to break them into smaller treats so we think we are eating more than one piece and to keep Truffle from choking because she will swallow a treat whole sometimes.
