    When our cat was a stray, he used to take little naps on my lap on the porch. But he was used to surviving on his own, and never seemed to sleep for long. The tiniest things woke him up and he was ready for anything. I thought how exhausting it must be to a be a wild creature and never really be safe. Now that he is an inside cat, he sleeps like a king. Safe and secure and it makes me feel really good.

    Kitties are very lucky not to suffer from insomnia! This photo is gorgeous. Truffle is such a beautiful girl. She seems to be very peaceful and content. :)
