Mom Paula will never forget when Truffle managed to open a previous carrier while traveling to the vet.  Truffle may weigh only 7.5 pounds, but she can be a very determined little kitty when she wants to do something and she doesn't like traveling in the car.  The Sherpa Cat Tote has locking zippers to prevent your furchildren from escaping.  There is both a top and side entry.  Some vets and animal behaviorists recommend covering a cat carrier to calm a cat and there are privacy flaps with this carrier to help your kitty relax.  The carrier has metal mesh panels for ventilation.  Your humans can choose the best way to transport the carrier through a hand-carry handle or a no-slip, adjustable shoulder strap.  There are multiple pockets for storage where your human can put your important papers, a comb for grooming, treats, and other items.  The liner is a faux lambskin that is machine washable.
