Kruuse BUSTER Pet Beds - Review & Giveaway

We haven't really used pet beds too much because we tend to sleep on Mom Paula's bed or the bed in the guest room. However, the last few months, especially when it was cold, we began sleeping in some of the beds designed specifically for us.  There are some beds we totally ignore and others we can't get enough of.

We recently received the BUSTER Cocoon Bed from Kruuse to see if we'd use it and to share our experience with our readers.  The bed was very soft with a thick, cushy pillow inside that can be removed.  The BUSTER bed collection is inspired by modern furniture trends and there are two designs (cocoon bed and sofa bed) that should blend into any decor.  The premium material used for the BUSTER bed is durable, easy to clean, and the pillow is machine washable and dryable.

The BUSTER series of pet beds are available in two designs (cocoon and sofa), three sizes (small, medium, large) and four colors (steel grey, artichoke green, leather brown, black plum) for our review purposes. Even though the website identifies the BUSTER bed as dog beds, they are definitely appropriate for dogs and cats.  You can see more detail about the beds by looking at pages 14-15 in the BUSTER catalog.

The small bed fits pets who weigh between 11-25 pounds and is 18 inches wide. We weigh a little over 8 pounds and you can see how comfortable Truffle is in the bed in the photo below.  The medium bed is 25.5 inches and the large bed is 29.5 inches.  Mom Paula tempted Truffle by throwing one of her catnip toys in the bed and to her surprise, Truffle snuggled into the bed and played with her toy. Brulee still prefers resting on top of one of her scratchers because she likes to rest off the ground so Truffle can't surprise her while she'd sleeping.  Truffle goes to the BUSTER cocoon pet bed on a daily basis to play with her toys.
