Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween to all of our furriends and their humans! We're going to have a quiet evening in the back of the house so we don't get any tricks from all of the little humans who roam through our neighborhood tonight.  Believe us, there are a lot!!!
Brulee as our best little treat!

We've always loved the photos above of Brulee at 8 weeks of age. She was the best little treat we ever received! We still don't know how she stayed still long enough to get that photo taken!

Truffle "wearing" her pumpkin costume
This is as close as Truffle would let Mom Paula put the pumpkin costume on her

We don't like to have anything put on us.  Mom Paula bought some festive collars and we had a fit. She purchased this little pumpkin costume and we ran from her when she tried to put it over our heads. She's saying something about harnesses and leashes later this year. We don't know about that...

We hope everyone has a safe and fun Halloween.  Remember, to read our tips for keeping cats safe on Halloween.

  3. That's about as close as I get to dressing up my two. Then again, your girls are so gorgeous, why hide it in a costume?!?

  5. I think you two are way too furry for costumes! I hope you get some treats for Halloween while you are in hiding.

  7. This is why we have a skeleton cat. That and to keep Ham out of the garage. Because he's afraid of the skeleton cat. And it can be dressed up easily.

  8. I just love that photo of Brulee as a tiny kitty in that pumpkin, it's SO cute I had to Pin it! We didn't get any trick or treaters at our house, which is just fine by me. They had tons of kids in town visiting all the stores so that was nice to see.
