Brulee and Truffle on their Catit® Vesper® Cubo Hideout and 3-Level Lounge Tower |
Mom Paula has fallen in love with the Vesper™ Furniture from Catit®. We've shared posts about the Vesper Minou and the Vesper Box Large in the pasts and these pieces of furniture blend in well with our home decor and still look great. When she traveled to Global Pet Expo this past year, she was introduced to the Vesper Cubos.
Vesper™ Cubo Lounge Hideout

Truffle inside the Vesper™ Cubo Lounge Hideout |
We were most excited about trying out the Vesper™ Cubo Lounge Hideout because Truffle likes to sleep inside her "cave" furniture and Mom Paula thought this would be something she could rest her feet on top. The Cubo Lounge Hideout is made of high-quality MDF with a walnut laminate finish. There is a detachable side cover that can be completely removed and cushions inside and on the top that are detachable for easy cleaning. The cushions are thick memory-foam (Truffle loves these) and there is a sisal scratching mat on the back of the Lounge Hideout.

Since Mom Paula had put together some Catit Vesper furniture in the past, she was familiar with its assembly. Everything one needs to put it together is in the box. There were 7 basic pieces and the hardware. There is even a screwdriver tool included. It didn't take long to put together! For those of you wondering - Mom Paula is recuperating from knee surgery and has her leg propped up and was able to assemble the Cubo Lounge Hideout with her leg propped up!

It didn't take long at all for Truffle to claim the Vesper Cubo Lounge Hideout once it was completely assembled. She went inside and rested on top of the memory-foam cushion for quite a while. When Nannay Faye came over for a visit, Truffle was comfortable with Nannay putting her feet on top of the furniture. Truffle eventually came out and rested on top of the Lounge Hideout. The Vesper Cubo Lounge Hideout is a modern lounging cube designed for cats. It's "purrfect" for relaxing, sleeping, and hiding.
Catit® Vesper™ Cubo 3-Level Lounge Tower

The second piece in the Cubo furniture series is the Vesper™ Cubo 3-Level Lounge Tower. This 3-Level tower is made of the same high-quality MDF with a walnut laminate finish and detachable side covers and cushions as the Cubo Lounge Hideout. There is a sisal scratching mat on the inside second level and outside to help with climbing and scratching. The Vesper Cubo Tower is an adventure tower fit for lounging, climbing, scratching, and hiding.

There are two openings in the wrap around side cover that allows your feline to rest on the bottom or jump right to the second level and scratch on the small sisal disk. There are memory-foam cushions on the inside bottom level and on the top level. You can remove the wrap around side cover and leave one side open or the entire piece of furniture open. Truffle and Brulee preferred having at least one side open for their lounging pleasure.

The ease of assembling the Cubo 3-Level Lounge Tower was similar to the Cubo Lounge Hideout. It took a little longer because of the second level, but was still easy to put together within about 30-45 minutes. All the tools and hardware that are needed to assembly the pieces is included in the box. Mom Paula chose to use a small screwdriver the second time because it was easier to control than the screwdriver tool that was included.
As you can see from the photos above, Truffle and Brulee love these new pieces of furniture from Catit! Mom Paula is pleased because of the modern and sleek design. These pieces will eventually go in the home office once it's purged and catified for us.
You can see both the Vesper Cubo Tower ($95.99) and the Vesper Cubo ($63.99) on the Catit website and they are currently on sale.

Laila would prefer the Cubo Lounge Hideout as she prefers to be ground level and loves being hidden from view when snoozing. Very stylish too!
ReplyDeletePlush says I have to enter - he wants to win the big one to keep away from the mayhem girls. I love catit stuff - if I ever win the lottery I’m buying the whole line.
ReplyDeleteWe would love either of them, though Ham prefers to be up high, so the bigger one has a slight advantage.
ReplyDeleteMy 17 year old would prefer the Vesper Cubo. We have a tower type and he isn't interested in it. He uses it to jump on before jumping onto my desk.
ReplyDeleteThey sure do make some really nice things!
ReplyDeleteMy 3 cats would love both pieces but I think the tall one would be best for them since they love to climb and play hide and seek.
ReplyDeleteCool looking furniture. It would become part of the livingroom furniture.
ReplyDeleteJean
Ways cool contests!
ReplyDeleteLuvs,
Rose the adult kitten
This is so different from traditional cat trees! Truffle looks so beautiful on top of the Vesper Cubo Lounge Hideout, that we have to choose that piece.
ReplyDeleteThanks for having this give away!
My cats would enjoy the lower one, the hideout. How sweet of you kitties to allow your mom to rest her legs on it too. XO
ReplyDeleteSuch cool cat furniture! That multi level one looks perfect for my 3 kitties!
ReplyDeleteI would love either of these! It doesn't matter - Binga will still try to take over the taller one.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win! That tall one would be perfect for our household, considering how many of us there are. Our current cat lounge/scratcher/tree is almost toppling over because somecat (ahem...Freya) keeps leaping at the top platform from the floor.
ReplyDeleteThe Vesper Cubo Tower would be best for my household, seeing as I have several dogs, so kitties being able to get up high is important. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThose Catit cat trees are really cool.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh I love those!
ReplyDeleteThose are so awesome! We'd like the tall one -- Gracie could go inside, and Ava could climb to the top. :)
ReplyDeleteBoth are nice but I'd prefer the Cubo Lounge Hideout. My cat would love laying on top and inside of it. He's never been much of a climber and I don't think he'd like the height of the tower as much.
ReplyDeleteMy cats would LOVE the Vesper Cubo Tower! They enjoy multi-level furniture and hiding places.
ReplyDeleteWe'd luv da three level lounger - there'd be room for everyone!
ReplyDeleteOh MeOW Those are really cool. We'd luv either of them. Fanks fur the oppurrtunity. Big hugs
ReplyDeleteLuv ya'
Dezi and Raena
I love cat furniture that doesn't look like a monument to a carpet kingdom! These are so modern and functional!
ReplyDeleteMarcy would like the tall one because she loves to climb
ReplyDeletethe foot stool
ReplyDeletei love the lounge tower, great for multiple cats. i think this would be great for safe haven for cats. i was just there on 12-31 dropping off donations and they were getting in a lot of cats and kittens they had rescued. i love the large scratching pad on the side as well.
ReplyDeleteThe Farm cats would like the Three Level Cubo because there are 3 Farm cats. And a bunny. But I doubt the bunny would use it. But one never knows....
ReplyDeleteI think they would like the Vesper Cubo Tower best since there is extra height on it.
ReplyDeleteWhile my cats would most likely like both, I think they would especially like the tower. My Moko likes to be up off the floor. She's getting old and has some medical issues, so she likes to be inside something like this - to keep away from drafts and of course the dogs (they get along great, but the dogs can be loud and energetic and Moko likes it calm).
ReplyDeleteI think both have advantages. The tower might be fun but the lounge hideout might fit better in the living room,
ReplyDeleteMy cat would prefer the tower. I have three cats and they all would be able to lay in and on it.
ReplyDeleteI would prefer the hideout over the tower because it is more my cats' style.
