Caturday Art

We like to take a break every once in a while from serious posts and have some fun. Today, we are participating with Caturday Art. We like to experiment with various photo editing programs to create something unique and different.

We went back to our favorite program, LunaPic, to create today's design. It doesn't look like we did too much to the original photo, but we like the way it changed the soft original photo to one that looked elegant. The original photo looked like this.

Truffle and Brulee

The original photo doesn't have to much definition because I have two silver shaded Persian Cats with basically white fur coats resting on an off white blanket. I like how their green eyes shine through all of the whiteness, but wanted to do something a little different with the photo.

Using LunaPic, with the Sketch4 and Colored Drawing Effects

We uploaded the original photo into LunaPic. I chose two different effects: Sketch4 and Colored Drawing. I love how their green eyes were still part of the photo, but you see a little more detail and definition. I then went to PicMonkey to add the overlay logo and the frame. I thought about adding some color, but preferred the simplicity of this artwork.
