You must leave your house in a hurry because of an emergency and you find yourself scrambling to grab the essentials for yourself and your pet. You are traveling with your pet on vacation and need to pack supplies for the trip. Your pet needs to stay at the veterinarian for a couple of days and he asks you to bring food, treats, medication, and toys. Each of these scenarios required providing and packing supplies for your pet.
We've read from many people about having a container of some sort for emergencies for your pets. Some people recommend a clear box, a large ziplock bag, or a notebook. There is a need to have a container where you can to carry important papers, food, water, medication, and other items. Sleepypod has designed the Go Bag for this reason.
The Go Bag is built for pet travel, but is clever enough for human travel. You can organize pet (and human) essentials in this stylish and functional bag.

Dudley used the Go Bag during a Hurricane Evacuation |
Our Personal Experience
I've used the Go Bag multiple ways. Both Truffle and Brulee needed to stay overnight at the veterinary hospital a couple of years ago and I was able to put their food, treats, blanket, and special papers in the Go Bag for their stay. I've used the Go Bag when I traveled to conferences to keep my papers, phone, water, and computer in a convenient and comfortable location when walking around. I donated a Go Bag to a friend who lives on the coast and frequently must evacuate due to hurricanes. Dudley is a senior poodle who has special food, treats, and medication that need to be stored in a convenient location that his owner can quickly grab and take with her when they evacuate. This is a great all-in-one bag that can be used for both pets and humans and is of the same quality of the other Sleepypod products I've used.

ReplyDeleteI didn't know Sleepypod made these bags! I love how functional they look, yet stylish at the same time. We've had to evacuate a few times in the past and I keep emergency kits for each of my pets in the trunk of my car. Using a bag like this would for sure be an upgrade, currently I just use storage totes.
ReplyDeleteThat is a nice bag.
ReplyDeleteSleepy Pod continues to evolve! Nice bag. I didn't realize the bag had so much space inside until watching the video demonstration. I looks like it's durable and of high quality. As you mentioned it is great for travel and would make a fine gift idea for pet parents.
ReplyDeleteIt's a really versatile, nice bag! It's good for on the go trips and can be used for non pet purposes as well.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this bag!! Now that we live in Florida, which is hurricane territory, I would use it to create an emergency Go bag if we get evacuated or we just want to leave town before the storm hits. It's hurricane season! I would love to win this bag, its so useful and it's gorgeous too.

That looks like a wonderful bag! I would keep it packed for a go bag in case of an emergency as well as a travel bag for my dogs.
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a great multi-functional (and attractive) bag. Of course, the most important use is to provide for our cats in an emergency.
ReplyDeleteI need to tell my meowmy about this product. We now live in FloryDa and she was saying just the other day that in case of a hurricane, or a tornado... or invasion by Aliens, we need to be ready to run. I bet that purrty bag would be ideal for me in pawtikular. Love, Dori
ReplyDeleteI love that they are expanding their products line. It's super useful to have just in case since you never know.
ReplyDeleteI would use it if I needed to travel with my kitty.
